Seeff Hermanus & Whale Coast is seeking ambitious, success-driven and target-oriented individuals to join our thriving Whale Coast offices. We are looking for curious, determined and persistent Estate Agents with exceptional attention to detail. Ideal candidates will also be sociable, outgoing and possess an appreciation for the spectacular natural environment of the area.
This role focuses on the successful marketing and sale of properties, continued growth of market share and upholding the Seeff Hermanus & Whale Coast brand ethos through excellent customer service.
Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
Valid, Full Status Fidelity Fund Certificate, with all CPD and PDE requirements up to date.
Ability to be financially self-sufficient for at least 6 months before earning commission.
Lead Generation & Listing: Collecting information about properties, canvassing, and listing properties for sale.
Property Presentation: Arranging photography and home staging, and conducting knowledgeable discussions about properties and the local area with sellers.
Market Analysis & Strategy: Applying sound principles for property valuation (market evaluation/comparative market analysis) and securing exclusive marketing rights and developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for properties.
Sales & Negotiation: Organizing and attending show days, representing sellers in negotiations with potential buyers, and monitoring sales progress.
Stakeholder Management: Liaising effectively with all stakeholders, including mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and other estate agents.
Client Advisory: Providing knowledgeable advice to both sellers and buyers.
Market Awareness: Staying informed about trends in the local residential property market and the general market.
Sales Acumen: A genuine passion for sales and a strong drive to "close the deal."
Negotiation Skills: Essential strong negotiation abilities.
Confidence: A confident demeanor.
Integrity: Principled, values-driven behavior is a fundamental requirement.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt and respond effectively to change.
